Reservation Cancellation Policy

At Lodginet Serviced Accommodation, we understand that plans may change. To offer flexibility while ensuring availability for other guests, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Flexible Cancellation Policy

• 96% Refund: Cancellations made at least one day before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund, minus a 4% processing fee of the total booking amount.
• 50% Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival will be eligible for a 50% refund of the booking amount.
• No Refund: Cancellations made after the scheduled arrival time will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Fees and Charges

All refunds are subject to a 4% processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Comments

When visitors leave comments, we collect the data entered in the comment form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam.

An anonymised version of your email address (a hash) may be shared with Gravatar to check for an associated profile. Gravatar’s privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture may be publicly visible.
